Combining state of the art CAD + CAM software, experienced qualified machinists and CNC lathe with bar feeder + live tooling, we can design, program, prototype, produce in house. Our CNC lathe can turn components up to 280mm diameter and 330mm length (larger on the center lathe) in Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and material such as plastics.
The CNC Milling machine we use can accept large parts up to 800mm x 400mm x 400mm and is also capable of machining Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and material such as plastics.
These processes allow a wide range of NEW products to be manufactured at our factory while also giving us a capacity to repair, maintain or modify our clients existing equipment.
